Start from Oracle’s Free Tier page. Follow the account verification flow, then check the trial balance in your console before provisioning a VM.
Choose the region and machine shape carefully. A resource that fits within the trial balance can still exceed the Always Free limits.
Before the trial ends, export anything you need and check which resources qualify to continue. Oracle says eligible Always Free services remain available if you do not upgrade.
